Description
The Assistant Vice President of Operations serves as an integral member of the Foundation??s leadership team by providing strategic leadership in the office and serving on the senior staff with the Executive Vice President and fellow associate and assistant vice presidents. This new role ensures that the Foundation operates effectively and provides a supportive environment for fundraising and administration by overseeing external relationships with the Board of Trustees, newly forming Boards of Visitors, and the gift acceptance committee, and by managing overall Development Department internal functions including leadership communication via meetings, semi-annual planning retreats, support staff functions, and strategic level management of the CDO??s schedule and meetings.
