Description
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients and families, collecting demographic and insurance information, collecting payments associated with services rendered and any other duties necessary to provide efficient, timely services to the patients and their families. This position is primarily responsible for our medical records room. Reponsibilities include chart preparation for daily clinics at all Cardiology sites; accurate filing of all charts and correspondence and chart retrieval from archives. Position is also responsible for assisting in answering department phones and making patient appointments.
