Position Description:
ITT-CAS has a potential requirement for an individual to operate all equipment associated with DMETS and provide White Cell support to warfighter training. The operator will operate the missile defense training simulation systems, and coordinate a variety of issues to include starting and stopping training events with warfighters.
Additionally, coordinate activities with teammates to include personnel operating the Distributed GMD System Trainer and the training C2BMC Suite. Must be able to work well within a small team of 2 to 4 personnel. An operations manual is provided but does not cover every situation.
DMETS is scheduled 80 hours per week from 0600 to 2200. No one is required to operate more than 40 hours per week, and the shift will change weekly from 0600 to 1400 and 1400 to 2200. However, there are times shift work and weekends are required based on the needs of warfighter and system availability.

Experience Requirements:
Skills/background needed include Ability to learn to operate Solaris, Linux, and Windows, able to adapt to short term deadlines and work well under pressure, ability to collaborate effectively with a broad spectrum of task orders and work well with a diverse group.
Skills also include excellent interpersonal and written communication/presentation skills, and ability to clearly and succinctly communicate complex concepts, issues, and status to senior contractor and government leadership.
