Description
Inglis Foundation works with people with physical disabilities to create and provide practical solutions so they may pursue their life goals. In addition to providing long-term, residential care at Inglis House, Inglis Foundation also offers a wide range of services for people with physical disabilities living independently in the community. Through Inglis Community Employment Services (ICES) individuals with disabilities can receive pre-employment and on-the-job training and coaching. Inglis is seeking a full-time Customer Service Program Trainer-Evaluator to provide evaluation and training for participants of Inglis Community Employment Services.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a Vocational Evaluation Program
· Maintain the Central Customer Database and participant records
· Create and institute a basic Customer Service Training Program
· Recommend and execute the use of assistive technology and build relationships with new employers
· Evaluate potential program participants and train people with disabilities in the basics of customer service
· Generate, sustain and complete reports and records within a timely, concise and thorough manner
· Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Undergraduate degree in Vocational Education or a related field from an accredited institution
· Minimum of two years relevant experience or the equivalent in prior experience working with individuals with severe physical disabilities
· Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills with close attention to details
· Detailed oriented, able to work independently, juggling multiple priorities with shifting agendas
· Mature and service oriented, demonstrating integrity and trust
