The Microsoft Corporation Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Migration department plays an integral role in helping hiring managers and recruiters hire and on board the best and brightest across the globe! This position requires excellent academic credentials, 4+ years experience in all employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters including, but not limited to: H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions including Multinational Managers, Outstanding Researchers and Extraordinary Ability, and Adjustment of Status applications. Strong communication and writing skills required. Must have case management experience in a high volume, customer facing environment. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are customer-service and solutions focused and able to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Prior experience managing legal staff and proficiency with Microsoft technology is a definite plus.
