Establish and maintains effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.br/5) Effective Decision Making/bbr/ - Be detail-oriented and focused on contributing to the success of the store through effective tasking and customer focused decision making.br/ - Responsible for determining appropriate outcomes to customer issues and concerns by making sound business decisions.br/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES/bbr/ - High school diploma or equivalent experience preferredbr/ - At least one (1) year experience in retail or sales/customer service position preferred.br/ - Basic internet navigation and computer skill required.br/ - Ability to form strong partnerships and communicate well with store team members.br/ - Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.br/ - Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, bend, squat and kneel regularly.br/A comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
