Description

Sears Holdings Management Corporation provides corporate services to Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) and its family of companies, including Sears Roebuck and Co. and Kmart Corporation. The Contact Management Strategy Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer contact management initiatives to optimize customer value through managed contact messaging cadence.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a part of the Relationship Marketing and CRM Team, leads effort to optimize customer contact strategy across multiple business units with loyalty member overlays and incorporating the corporate segmentation plan.Manages all analytical work to support the strategy.   Owns Corporate Opt strategyDevelops and executes cadence testingDevelops testing plan for incorporating corporate enterprise segmentation with propensity models for optimal sales resultsDesigns testing for multiple corporate and business unit communication plans for optimal return to the shareholder.Recommends and advocates contact management strategies that seek profitable market share gains and sales to key customers through the design and development of programs to increase customer loyalty, arrest attrition and acquire new customers. Serves as the enterprise expert on customer contact strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders on execution of enterprise-wide customer contact efforts.  Assists in periodic system evaluation to identify opportunities for continuous contact strategy improvement.REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or other Social Science or undergraduate degree and relevant experience.Minimum 10 years experience in developing and managing strategic customer contact management strategies and programs.Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities.Strong knowledge of and experience in customer contact management in a Loyalty and CRM environment.  Demonstrated ability to deploy customer contact management strategies across a diverse business model and manage the segmentation for profit.
