Assistant Product Manager - Circulators

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international leader in the design and manufacture of pumps, systems and accessories for residential, municipal and commercial applications including water, wells, HVAC systems, pressure boosters, boiler controls and fire protection. ITT''s brands serving Residential and Commercial Water markets include Goulds Pumps, Lowara, Bell & Gossett, McDonnell & Miller, Vogel, A-C Fire Pump and Flowtronex.
ITT Residential & Commercial Water (RCW) is seeking a Assistant Product Manager '' Circulators.
This position is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle. Support and assist the Product Manager with development of strategies to grow the business by defining the product vision and understanding the market as well as competitors.
Other duties include but not limited to the following:
1. Provide leadership in cross-functional teams to execute product development and cost-savings projects.
2. Development of literature, price sheets and sales collateral such as pamphlets, countermats, etc.
3. Provide internal and external product training and demos
4. Deliver monthly order and revenue forecast
5. Provides application engineering, technical product assistance, and troubleshooting to customers
6. Assist OEM team in capturing new and maintaining existing accounts by providing quotes, technical support and implementing product modifications
7. Assist quality assurance team with capturing any field and application data to obtain root cause
8. Assist operations with any concerns relating manufacturing of products
9. Undertake other assignments as directed by the Product Line Manager
10. Assist in guiding and leading Product Specialists

Requirements include:
Education: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Management with strong customer service skills
Experience: 1-3 Experience in pumps and HVAC systems
