CYBERCOM J32/J34/J35/J37
Provide technical/operational and analytical support in making the HBSS system operational across the DOD.
Support the development of unique hardware and software elements as
necessary to tailor Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) products into the CYBERCOM NTOC all source analysis tool set to realize operational analysis capabilities that are not available in the marketplace. Perform assessments of products to determine operational utility as well as technical complexity and cost to integrate into existing tool set.
Provide technical support to operational assessments and the evaluation of NetOps events, malicious activity and trend analysis. Review and contribute to NetOps strategies, Operations Plans (OPLAN), and or other operations/fragmentary order to
counter malicious activity and mitigate identified or potential threats to the DOD GIG. Coordinate with other CYBERCOM NTOC staff members i.e., J2, J5 and Intelligence/Law Enforcement/Counter Intelligence organizations to develop fused assessments of
technical, operational and intelligence inputs.
Provide operations support for GNO policy, process, procedures and operations. Maintain cognizance of national level network policy, plans, processes, and coordination procedures. Maintain knowledge of and contact with the Intelligence, Law Enforcement, and Homeland Defense Communities to facilitate policy issues, cordination and actions.
Provide support for the Information Operations Condition (INFOCON) system.
Provide technical analysis, develop and assess current DOD IA/CND plans and policies supporting IA/CND assessments, to include emerging technologies and operational considerations.
Provide 24 x 7 x 365 NTOC support.
Experience Requirements:
IA certifications required.
MUST HAVE ACTIVE TS/SCI with Full Scope POLY
