Description

Responsibilities:

+ Further the development, sales, and promotion of glacéau vitaminwater® vitaminwater10 smartwater® and powerade throughout all channels of business.
+ Primary point of contact for sales, merchandising and delivery teams at local sales center(s).
Build and maintain relationships with the bottler/distributor sales-force, management, operations and office staff to maximize brand potential.
+ Educate and train sales center work-force about glacéau brands through work-withs and glacéau 101 trainings in order to develop relationships and maximize brand opportunities in the trade.
+ Ensure proper execution of all chain promotional activities at store level  including, but not limited to: communication with chain management (vertical call), securing & building displays, maintaining proper levels of inventory, planogram execution, and point of sale distribution.
+ Execute p.o.s., visi-cooler, and secondary placement opportunities using tools provided by the district sales manager to maximize brand potential and eliminate out of stock situations.
+ Communicate all information regarding sales center work-force to district sales manager and assist district sales manager in their day-to-day duties.
+ Manage and train a team of summer sales interns.
+ Support local key account manager to increase distribution in food-service, education and on-premise accounts.
+ Communicate successes, competition trends, deals, product introductions and opportunities via daily/weekly sales recaps to their district sales manager.
+ Follow-up on, and communicate, all results from consumer relations inquiries passed along through the district sales manager.
+ Participate in crew drives, or sales blitzes, throughout the region, division and country in order to support field team in achieving their sales goals.
+ Work with local marketing team to ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives.
+ Ensure p.o.s. Availability at local sales center(s).
+ Check inventory levels at the bottler/distributor and communicate potential problems to district sales manager.

requirements:
+ BS/BA preferred
+ 2-4 years of outside sales experience
+ Work well both independently and as a team
+ Excellent cross-cultural communication ability
+ Ability to analyze opportunities quickly and execute company goals efficiently
+ Proficient in Microsoft excel and outlook
+ Must be equipped with personal automobile, valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
