GettingHired is expanding their GettingHired.Com Team - This remote Senior Level Sales position will be responsible for selling the GettingHired.com Job Portal Technology Services/Employer Memberships to Employers in the USA that typically employ 5,000+ employees. Will be expected to make new sales presentations and manage all steps/process of a traditional sales flow and update all necessary reporting in a timely manner, and will be calling on Human Resource Executives (staffing/recruiting) and (or) Senior Diversity Executives. Will be responsible for creating initial opportunities in addition to being provided with leads, presentations, product demos, follow-up, and closing deals. Strong independent closing skills are essential.
A qualified candidate should have:
1. History of successful sales quota attainment (5+ years)
2. Direct experience closing business in the Staffing/Recruiting vertical is a plus
3. B2B Experience selling to employers with 5,000 or more employees
4. Rolodex of Staffing/Recruiting decision-makers is a plus
5. Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
6. High energy, work ethic, and a competitive desire to succeed
7. Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
8. Strong independent closing skills are essential
9. BA in marketing or business preferred but not required
Compensation Package - GettingHired® is a dynamic, fast paced, team‐oriented work environment that rewards success. Competitive Base Salary of $75,000 per year, plus commissions of 7.5% on new business, Medical & Dental benefits (75% paid by company, 25% paid by employee), Long Term Disability Insurance, 401k, paid vacation & holidays, etc.
