Abilicorp is currently seeking candidates for the position of  Sales & Service Banker (Inbound Sales Specialist 1) to work at a major financial institution in Concord, CA.

Job Title: Sales & Service Banker (Inbound Sales Specialist 1)

Location: Concord, CA

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Full-time & part time swing shifts between 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

(Schedules will include one weekend day if not both)

Job Description:

Our client a major financial institution in Concord, CA is searching for a Sales & Service Banker for their ever-changing Internet Services world. The Sales & Service Bankers are the first point of contact with potential and current customers and play an important role in the business. This position is responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries related to online financial products and services helping the Internet Services Group achieve and sustain its market leadership in on-line banking.

 

ü Through in-depth inquiries, you will identify and present the best products and services to meet your customer needs and provide customers with one call resolution.

ü Solve inbound customer service issues and questions

ü Sell additional bank products and services from which the customer will benefit.

ü Personalize recommendations for product and service referrals.

ü Achieve/exceed monthly assigned sales and service objectives. 

 

 

Upon completion of the new hire training class, you will be placed into a schedule discussed at the time of offer and we are looking for you to be able to work any assigned shifts as this is a 24x7 operation. (8 week full time training program will begin on 5/19/09, Tuesday - Saturday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

ü 1+ years plus of sales experience to include attaining or exceeding sales goals.

ü Ability to recognize sales opportunities, including cross selling, up selling and consultative selling.

ü Ability to review multiple computer systems while talking to customers.

ü Ability to clearly communicate via telephone to our 10 million plus internet banking customers.

ü Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

ü Ability to multi task and foster team work.

ü Self motivated to excel against assigned sales target.

ü Ability to adapt to and embrace change with a flexible, positive attitude.

ü Ability to comprehend new or highly complex matters

ü Strong listening skills with goal of providing one call resolution and delivering a positive customer experience.
