Overview:

The Sales and Account management profile collaborates with Local Agencies, Advertising Boards, Franchisees, and Development Agents on marketing programs.   This profile executes key customer and company initiatives working with cross functional team and field staff.

Individuals in this role develop relationships with all key stake holders to drive performance and ensure delivery of our profit and volume objectives.

Function-Specific Activities:

*  Develop and/or implement training solutions for customers that will enhance business performance by improving customer capabilities necessary for business plan execution.

*  Build business plan/solution and contingency plan in collaboration with the customer using information collected during the account discovery process (e.g.,  Identify & Understand Customer Needs, Identifying Opportunities, in-outlet visits) to ensure plan meets customer needs.

*  Meet with senior level buyers in order to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.

*  Assist other Coca-Cola employees (e.g., National Chain Accounts, LMP Bottlers) in executing various chain and local market activities in order to achieve system-wide profit, volume and share objectives.

*  Process documents (e.g., expense reports, customer reimbursement documents, marketing invoices) to assure accurate tracking and timely reimbursement.

*  Review completed project plan with work team and customer in order to communicate the value of the project and improve future project performance.

*  Activate The Coca-Cola Company System (e.g., cross-functional team members, segment resources) to develop and implement business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume.

*  Review with the customer how the recommended solutions are linked to customer''s business needs to highlight The Coca-Cola Company''s commitment to their business and gain written or verbal agreement on business plan.

*  Create a communication plan to assure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and solidify commitment to action plan.

*  Monitor plan and execution progress by consulting and coordinating activities with customer and internal Coca-Cola constituents to ensure proper and timely execution of plan.

*  Develop the project plan with timelines, forecasts, resource allocation plans and financial impact in order to convey the scope of the plan to The Coca-Cola Company.

*  Conduct regular business reviews with customers in order to monitor relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs and steward the business, operational and/or personal value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company.

*  Monitor market conditions and report competitive activity to management in order to understand program effectiveness and any implementation barriers.

*  Identify and surface network issues and propose solutions to the Operations Groups (e.g., agent performance) in order to improve performance and better serve our customers.

General Activities:

*  Prepare correspondence for internal and external communication.

*  Complete and/or process necessary documents (e.g., expense reports, invoices).

*  Build and develop relationships with peers and others to exchange feedback on product/service issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs, and/or achieve business results.

Education:Bachelor''s Degree
