IT Business Consultant (entry level)-498348
Description
Use basic knowledge of core infrastructure to consult with BU IT on Infrastructure requirements.
Drive the Infrastructure review schedule and process:
Create and Facilitate Detail Infrastructure Reviews
Establish Detail Infrastructure Review Confirmation deadlines for
Create and Maintain Infrastructure Review Schedule
Sent out meeting invites to Infrastructure Review Board
Facilitate the Detail Infrastructure Review meeting
Ensure all infrastructure requests have proper administrative details entered into the Infrastructure demand tool - DCCP
Capture Infrastructure review meeting notes/follow-up action items
Enter Infrastructure review meeting notes/follow-up action items into the DCCP Tool.
Report Metrics associated with Infrastructure review process
· Understands and implements IT decisions.
· Acts as a liaison to the demand engagement and BU IT
· Communicates IT standards to the business and application development teams.
· Follows defined processes and provides input for improvements.

The successful candidate MUST be pursuing their degree or have graduated within the past 12 months.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or other technical field of study.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of IT infrastructure servers, middleware and general technolgy. Strong written and verbal skills. Experience working in business. Experience participating in Information Technology (IT) projects. Experience in following defined processes.
