Description
This is not a current opening. It is a pipeline requisition being used to create build pool for anticipated future staffing needs.
This position is located in Wayne, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with wholesalers to continue to develop territories
*
Educate Financial Advisers on products available
*
Deliver sales ideas and stories to achieve sales goal
*
Making proactive phone calls to brokers and financial planners to share sales ideas, provide product information, and offer sales support.
*
Ask for referrals and business
*
Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations
*
Place supply orders for marketing material
*
Log phone calls into computer system for tracking purposes
*
Act as a liaison between home office and wholesalers in the field
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
* College Education/Equivalent Work experience
* 2 to 3 years of sales-oriented work experience
*
Knowledge of the financial industry
*
Passion for sales/financial industry
*
Individual must be sales focused
*
Positive, flexible attitude
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
*
Responsible, conscientious and self-motivated
*
Strong PC Skills
*
Excellent listening and probing skills
*
Ability to work well with others and function well as a member of a team
*
Be flexible with ability to accept, create and manage change
*
Display willingness to quickly learn product lines, procedures and workflows
*
Prefer candidates possessing Series 6, 63 and Life license. If do not possess licenses, must be able to obtain within 90 days after hire.
