Description

This is not a current opening.  It is a pipeline requisition being used to create build pool for anticipated future staffing needs.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

* Responsible for pre-sale consulting of our 401k products with field reps, financial advisors and third party administrators.
* Participate in 60/40 split outbound/inbound sales calls
* Handle questions about product, plan design, pricing, exceptions, service capabilities, and standards.
* Responsible for prospecting and following up with our broker distribution network.
* Demonstrates ability to build effective business relationships with field sales staff, financial advisors and third party administrators.
* Takes ownership and is pro-active in dealing with pre-sale issues.
* Has effective oral and written communication skills.
* Collaborate with other sales consultants to foster a strong team environment.
* Must be able to operate with a sense of urgency at all times.
* Position requires the ability to be flexible to change in a fast paced growing environment.
* Minimal travel required.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales

- Working knowledge of 401k plans preferred

- Strong relationship building skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Prefer to have series 6, 63 and resident Life License or ability to get them in the following time lines:

· FINRA Series 6 registration within 3 months of hire

· FINRA Series 63 window open within 3 months of hire and FINRA Series 63 registration within 6 months of hire

· Resident state Life license within 6 months of hire

· A maximum of two attempts is allowed to obtain each license
