Description
Responsibilities
* Debugs, tests, and installs hot-fixes on systems applications and servers. Interacts with vendors in driving issues to closure
* Completes and manages the documentation of procedures for development projects and maintenance processes
* Manages system upgrade projects
* Prepares reports for policy compliance monitoring and auditing information.
* Configures and troubleshoots issues for key management, authentication, and compliance monitoring applications
* Conducts, scans and performs risk assessment as needed
* Provide security reviews and oversight on application projects
* Evaluates the selection of information security products
* Researches attempted efforts to compromise security protocols.
* Prepares project roadmaps, tracks plans and cross-functional deliverables.
Job Specific Knowledge
* Shows broad use and application of advanced principles, theories and concepts.
* Requires advanced knowledge of Information Systems Security & Risk Management practices which may include, but not be limited to: Operating systems (UNIX, Windows, Linux), infrastructure (Network, physical security controls), investigations processes and techniques, understanding of database systems (such Oracle and Informix), programming commands, tools, database utilities, across multiple or different applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UNIX, Linux, Windows) on various platforms (e.g., UNIX, NT)
* Understands troubleshooting techniques for information security tools
* Performance and tuning techniques; backup products and facilities; web publishing tools
Qualifications
Skills
* 10+ years of experience in Identity Management
* 10+ years of experience in Project Management
* 5+ years of managing identity and deploying identity components
* 5+ years leading project management
* Experience in deploying Public Key Infrastructure for large corporation
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Good analytical skills
* Detail oriented
* Ability to effectively listen to and resolve customer issues
* Project planning skills and ability to anticipate database problems.
Education
INCUMBENTS TYPICALLY WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
* BS in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ yrs directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Certification by recognized standards bodies (ISACA, CISSP or CISA).
* Masters in Business or related technical field and 4+ years directly related experience or equivalent.
