Description
Commercial Real Estate Banker
Location - Tysons, VA
This is a multi-level opening (compensation grades 49 or 50). The successful candidate will be positioned in the level which best fits his/her experience and skill set.
Most senior banker, typically has 12+ years experience in commercial real estate lending and credit. Calls on potential clients w/ up to 25% travel. Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage the banking needs for a portfolio of complex commercial real estate clients. Strong preference for banking experience with national/regional real estate companies, REITs and/or Institutional Real Estate Funds. Familiar with the analysis and structuring of senior credit facilities on both a secured and unsecured basis. Experience in successfully negotiating agent and/or participant roles in these types of credit facilities. Proven success in soliciting banking products including, deposit, treasury management and capital market products and services. Provides strong leadership in peer group. Continually seeks, and shares knowledge of trends, developments and current regulations in the industry and markets.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Grade 49:
Typically has 12+ years experience in commercial lending and credit.
Grade 50:
Typically has 15+ years experience in commercial lending and credit.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer graduate of a Commercial Training Program OR equivalent experience in commercial sales and credit.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent commercial banking experience.
