Description
The Global Regulatory Compliance IT (GRC IT) organization delivers end-to-end IT solutions to meet worldwide compliance regulations, including financial, trade, and environmental. As a member of this global IT team, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment. You will contribute technical and business knowledge expertise to design, develop and implement integrated IT/business solutions. You will work effectively across organizations to drive appropriate business/IT solutions; view alternatives from an end-to-end enterprise perspective and understand the broader implications of technical and business related choices.
You will work in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiatives and accountability are highly valued.
As an IT Developer/Engineer you will have the following responsibilities:

· Participate in program/projects and assist in design, development and implementation of IT solutions.
· Collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements and IT strategy
· Analyze business requirements and perform configuration and integration with interfacing systems
· Understand/analyze functional requirements and translate into efficient technical solutions
· Develop code for interfaces, configuration, customizations and reports in technololgies such as SAP Finance or Order Management
· Develop best practices, standards and IT processes

This is a (Graduate or Entry-Level) opportunity.
The successful candidate MUST be pursuing their degree or have graduated within the past 12 months.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
· Must be able to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions
· Good working knowledge of programming languages, databases and SQL.
· Must have experience working in a team environment
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills
· Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment across multiple time zones
· Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitivity, goal-oriented, motivator, technical/analytical background
Preferred qualifications:
· Exposure to SAP or Oracle environment
· Project management
