Lands End is a proud member of the Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) family of companies. br/ br/ As a Lands End Shop Consultative Selling Associate, you will be responsible for providing a world-class shopping experience for customers in the Lands End Shops @ Sears. You will do this by providing outstanding consultative sales assistance to your customers, merchandising the selling floor according to Lands End Brand Standards, replenishing product as it sells and assuring the sales floor is Ready All Day. br/ Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions br/ Maintains current knowledge of Lands End products and demonstrates this by sharing product features and benefits, along with outfitting options, with customers br/ Understands Lands End Web site navigation and catalog order processes and leverages these options for customer solutions when the product is not available in the store br/ Processes customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, exchanges, etc. in according with authorized procedures br/ Partners with other selling and sales support associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service (i.e., locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones, ring register, etc.) br/ Sets and maintains sales floor to Lands End brand standards br/ Performs floor resets and markdown activities br/ Maintains a neat and orderly stock room to facilitate identification of merchandise to be brought to the sales floor br/ Actively stocks sales floor throughout the day for maximum in-stock condition br/ Adheres to merchandise protection standards br/ Performs other duties and projects as assigned br/ br/ PLEASE NOTE: Interested applicants must submit cover letter and resume to Jill Sommer at jill.sommer@landsend.com.
