Description
The Software Developer II in the Enterprise Informatics department develops software to support object oriented software applications. Assists all levels of Software Developers in developing software to support object oriented software applications. Develops the system''s graphical user interface. Supports software coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and installation. Assists senior level Software Developers in developing detailed specifications from which programs will be written for group level systems. Develops screen layouts for non-functional and functional prototypes. Provides on-call support as needed. (RM)
Job Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor''s degree in a related field is required.
Master''s degree in a related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
If Bachelor''s degree, two (2) years of experience in systems development required.
If Master''s degree, no additional work experience required; however, demonstrated proficiency in software development is required.
Experience with one or more programming languages used at SJCRH required.
Experience in object oriented development required.
Java experience preferred.
