Please forward a resume to jan.lucas@osh.comJob Duties/Responsibilities: Oversees and manages Orchard''s technology infrastructure including servers, networks, databases Manages and implements technology initiatives through Request For Proposal (RFP) and Return On Investment (ROI) lifecycle Leads in the acquisition and/or development of new systems, software technology and tools Ensures that investments in technology are appropriate to the developments in the industry and produces satisfactory returns Helps formulate the IT strategies for the Company Directs and influences outcomes that have both short term and mid-term impact to the Company Obtains and allocates resources to achieve strategic and operating goals Interacts with major business decision makers to convince and influence business decisions Sets objectives for direct reports Leads and implements strategy for technology and programming platforms and compliance Creation and oversight of infrastructure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboard to demonstrate operational reliability Required Skills: Bachlor of Science or Business Administration degree in Technology or Business with a minimum of 5 years of management experience Ability to interpret and apply complex technical information Knowledge of systems design and implementation in a database environment Knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment Advanced skills in communicating in critical situations, orally and in written form Mastery skill in creative and adaptive program planning design Advanced skill in managing personnel thorough subordinate professionals and management staff Ability to work effectively with others in both authority and non-authority relationships Skilled at building and effectively managing high performance teams Expertise in technology processes and managing technology vendors Preferred Skills: Masters Degree with 10 years of IT infrastructure experience Certifications in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Information Security Certification (ISC)2 desired Experience in developing and implementing disaster recoveryA comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
