Description
Job Summary
The role of the GSS PMO Integrations Lead is to centrally manage all Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures impacting Global Shared services. He/she serves as the focal point to organize, identify and drive appropriate and timely actions across the GSS organization, including the F&A BPO, in response to M&A activities. The GSS PMO Integrations Lead coordinates Integration efforts between GSS with regional GFS teams and CoE
Major Responsibilities
*
Executes overall GSS/GFS Project Plans in response to M&A Integration activities
*
Develops and maintains the GSS/GFS Playbook for Integrations serving as the knowledge repository for checklists and key project paths
*
Organizes and conducts project meetings with Process Owners, SME''s and other stakeholders in GSS, GFS and relevant stakeholders across Applied
*
Anticipates impacts of project decisions and actions (as well as inactions) and drives appropriate responses from organization to ensure business proceeds seamlessly - including ongoing Risk Assessment and Mitigation for Integration projects
*
Develops/Maintains working-level expertise in Global Processes and GSS Towers
Qualifications

* Strong Project Management skills
* Strong problem resolution skills
* Exceptional collaboration and partnering skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to present plans and status effectively to management
* Expertise in Shared Services business processes (P2P, OTC, R2R and Payroll)
* Financial skills and Process skills; an understanding of the company''s financial practices and goals
Education and Experience
* Bachelor''s degree in Accounting/Finance or other related field;
* PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
* 5-7 Years of relevant experience in a Shared Services (or related) environment, including 1-3 years of Project Management experience
* Demonstrated success leading Integrations Projects for Finance.
* Demonstrated ability to engage partners and team members at all levels of the organization
