Description
Panasonic North America is seeking a full time Project Manager- Business Solutions for Panasonic Solutions Company.
The candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
PROJECT/PRACTICE RELATED COMPETENCIES
Project /Practice Management
* Lead, develop and manage teams across functional areas and business units working with key executives, stakeholders, sales teams, business analysts, designers, programmers, network engineers, pc technicians, sales organizations, clients, vendors, partners, customer service agents and end-users.
* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Management of large scale project portfolios, operations management, automation, systems and infrastructure.
* Manage integration of new technologies, partners and solutions including wireless deployments, CRM, ERP,
POS, WEB, .Net, eCommerce, content management, audio-video and security solutions.
* Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
* Communicate timely project status, mediate problem resolution and coordinate project delivery.
* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
* Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
* Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
* Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
* Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Project Accounting
* Works with HQ to determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
* Follows up with clients, sales teams, and partners to insure PO and required payments are completed
* Analyzes project profitability, revenues, and associated margins to insure project comes in on budget

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor''s of Science Degree preferred
Certified Project Manager
5+ years experience in Management and Deployment of Enterprise Projects
Proficient in : Microsoft Office Suites XP, 2007, 2010
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
