Description
Responsible for consultative sales of Treasury Management solutions and retention of client relationships. Develops strong business partner relationships to jointly generate and grow profitable business. Exceeds revenue and portfolio growth objectives for an assigned portfolio of Treasury Management clients.
Grade 47-TMS Banker 3 or Grade 48-TMS Banker 4
Grade 47 -Mid level sales position responsible for multiple lines of business or industry segments for commercial entities or professional firms with more complex treasury management needs. Collaborates with Line of Business partners to identify and drive client an prospect sales opportunities. Demonstrates ability to independently manage a portfolio of treasury management clients. Strategically executes against sales plan and successfully negotiates outcomes. Ability to effectively mine internal data to generate sales opportunities. Requires excellent communication, time management, follow up and organization skills. Mentors and develops junior team members.

Grade 48 - Senior-level sales position responsible for multiple lines of business or industry segments for commercial entities or professional firms with more complex treasury management needs. Operates with a high degree of autonomy. Collaborates with Line of Business partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities. Demonstrates ability to independently manage a portfolio of treasury management clients with complex and sophisticated treasury management needs. Strategically executes against sales plan and successfully negotiates outcomes. Ability to effectively mine internal data to generate sales opportunities. Requires excellent communication, time management, follow up and organizational skills. Mentors and develops junior team members. Demonstrates industry leadership through involvement in relevant trade associations and/or public speaking opportunities.
Qualifications

(For Grade 47-TMS Banker 3)
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or 4+ years treasury management sales experience or finance experience with strong knowledge of Treasury Management products. Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals, managing client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Treasury Management.
(For Grade 48-TMS Banker 4)
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree or 8+ years'' experience in financial sales or treasury product sales with demonstrated sales success and consistent goal progression. Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Requirements: Prior commercial or corporate relationship management experience. Related professional treasury designation e.g. CTP, CCM, AAP, etc. certification.
