Job Summary
* Exceed sales quota for 3M HIS Clinical and DI solutions as the key owner of solutions sales process
* Engage in diagnostic selling with customers and demonstrate knowledge of clinical and financial operations workflow to understand current process and value of technology adoption
* Develop solution business case, including assessment of current processes and ROI / workflow improvements associated w/ technology and solutions adoption
* Work closely with Great Lakes CRE''s to develop client strategies and promote extension of client relationships with decision stakeholders at executive level as well as decision influencers and end users
* Serve as information resource to sales team and liaison with designated business unit project managers to convey solutions updates, messaging, competitive landscape, and overall integration with 3M HIS solutions suite
* Contribute to pricing, proposal, contracting for designated solutions suite
* Understand and deliver value messaging regarding integration of 3M HIS solution suite
* 75% travel required
* Must live near a major US airport in IL, WI, IN, MI, OH, KY, or WV

This position is a 3M HIS position and is therefore not a 3M benefited position. The position is subject to the benefit package under 3M HIS benefits program. Details will be shared with you at the time of interview with the hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor''s Degree
* 3+ years experience with complex software sales
* 3+ combined years of sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
Preferred Qualifications
* HIM management, Case Management, Healthcare Finance, or Clinical / Performance Improvement experience
* Healthcare sales or customer relationship experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate solution workflow
* Proven ability to maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment. Proven understanding of clinical and financial workflow across healthcare care delivery continuum
