The position of Electro Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties:
* Pick components from warehouse per pick list and records designated lot numbers
for traceability.
* Build a variety of warming units to meet production schedules.
* Perform visual inspections of components prior to assembly.
* Follow all applicable procedures and mechanical drawings for the model to be assembled.
* Responsible for identifying and troublshooting problems that are encountered during
the manufacturing process and notifying department manager/mfg. engineer of
those problems.
* Perform unit functionality tests including setting units up for the 12 hour burn in test.
* Responsible for accurately recording applicable information on DHR for each unit built.
* Perform re-work for units that fail quality check points and notifies department manager/mgr. engineer of any component related problems.
* Assembler is responsible for recommending process improvements that increase the quality
of or efficiency of building warming units.
This position requires working:
* Fixed first shift

Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience assembling electronic equipment
