Description
Responsible for administration of group life, medical, dental, and vision insurance, FMLA, and COBRA and other employee benefits. Responsible for remaining current with various rules and regulations that impact the Human Resources Department. Will provide insurance information for bidding purposes and will prepare and deliver benefits presentations to outlying locations. A good deal of travel could be involved in this positionl. May also be cross-trained to help in other areas of HR as needs dictate.
Work hours are M-F from 8am to 4:30pm. Personal Day and paid holidays available upon hire with eligibility for many other benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.
