Abilicorp is currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to work in the Customer Service department of a company that produces a variety of customizable products with various brand and logo choices, and is located in San Jose, CA.

Job Summary:
This person will report directly to the Manager of CS and be responsible for responding to and handling all customer issues. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies, customer complaints, as well as ensuring the customer is beyond satisfied with their experience. They will also assist the department and company in meeting its goals and deadlines. This person must be extremely professional in all situations and maintain poise and confidence at all times.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for responding to 70+ customer phone calls and e-mails daily
· Assist customers in a professional and timely fashion to process return orders, handle inquires, adjustments, cancellations, and reprint requests
· Communicate effectively with customers and make certain that every customer is completely satisfied with their experience
· Conduct research on orders as necessary and ensure follow through with customers
· Exude a confident and professional demeanor at all times
· Understand and preserve company goals as well as drive and motivate fellow team members to accomplish them
· Communicate and assist other team members as necessary
· Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
· Must have an exceptional customer service skills with proven success of managing difficult customers and handling difficult situations
· Must be a team player, have a can do attitude, and work well with others!
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
· Good computer skills; technically savvy is a plus!
· Ability to learn swiftly and apply techniques in an valuable and productive manner
· Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment
· Essential for this person to have a professional demeanor and be able to make business savvy decisions
· Excellent ability to follow through, pay close attention to detail, multi-task and maintain constant organization
Required Abilities:
· Ability to sit for lengthy periods of time
· Ability to use electronic equipment including but not limited to: computer, telephone, copy/fax machine, etc
