Sr Programmer Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Requires a knowledge of computing systems and development process which includes data processing equipment, programming languages, programming and analysis techniques, operating systems, test and data management. Ability to solve and analyze logical problems such as may be found in mathematics, statistics, etc.
Minimum of three to five years of professional programming/analysis experience to develop an understanding of program interfaces, a broad and thorough understanding of computer equipment, programming techniques, improved programming technology, applications, etc. Sharepoint 2007/2010 experience preferred.
Demonstrated communication skills to exchange information and resolve problems with customers/clients.
High degree of analytical ability to analyze projects objectives and develops requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Designs, codes, tests, maintains, trouble shoots, documents, trains, and leads projects on new or existing integrated information systems with some supervision at various levels of complexity to maintain quality enterprise business solutions of application architectures with a working knowledge of interface systems.
Produces, plans, and leads quality enterprise information systems of application architectures with a working knowledge of interface systems that meet or exceed client expectations on operations and strategic projects.
Understands IT Departmental Goals and Objectives and delivers work products to contribute to those goals.
This position reports to Bradley Blanchard; Grade 15. The minimum starting salary USD5,108.34/mo.
