Role Summary
Directs multiple teams of software testers involved in a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Ensures testing is completed within committed time and budget and is coordinated with other applications. Generates quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures. Manages a group of project managers. In addition to project deployment, responsibilities may include career development, performance management, and pay determination and communication.
Responsibilities
Directs multiple teams of software testers involved in a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Ensures testing is completed within committed time and budget and is coordinated with other applications. Generates quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures. Manages a group of Claim IT test leads and onshore/offshore test vendor. In addition to project deployment, responsibilities may include career development, performance management, and pay determination and communication.
Qualifications
Experience with test automation required.
Experience with high volume transaction Healthcare Claim applications preferred.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science preferred or related discipline and several years of experience in a systems quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
