Job Summary:


Participates in a six-month rotational training program aimed at developing the skills of future business leaders within the Finance department. Completes project work as assigned while rotating through various areas of the Finance Department. Identifies solutions and influences business decisions based on  thorough, effective communication and sound financial analysis.


 


Primary Activities and Responsibilities:


Works with business partner to analyze marketing, operating, and capital projects to understand economic trade-offs and help make real-time business decisions.


Provides analytical support for performance reviews, resource allocations, and financial valuations.


Communicates analyses through presentations to senior management in the department.


Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.


 


Qualifications


 


Minimum Qualifications:


Masters degree required in Business Administration


2 to 11 months of work experience required


Equivalent Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelors degree required in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance


2 to 11 months of work experience required


Preferred Qualifications:


Masters degree in Business Administration


1 or more years of experience in Business


Knowledge and Skills:


Analytical skills


Oral communication skills


Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Knowledge of financial principles and practices


Financial forecasting and analysis skills including net present value calculation for decision making
