Our Legal Management Consulting (LMC) practice advises companies, individuals, and their attorneys on a broad range of issues, including strategy and operations, legal and regulatory compliance, and records and information management. As part of our Enterprise Information Management and Records Strategies group you will work with our team of Certified Records Managers, project managers and technology experts to offer expertise and technical prowess to help our clients understand and address their challenges in managing their records and information, regardless of format or media, across their organization.

Responsibilities:

Our clients rely on our expertise when dealing with challenging and complex records and information management (RIM) matters. As a Senior Associate you will have the opportunity to work in several industries (e.g., financial services, energy, life sciences), providing information technology (IT) support for RIM projects, including, but not limited to, Program/system assessment, planning and strategy development; system development; policy and procedure, file plan and retention schedule development; training communications; system implementation, operation and maintenance; risk management; litigation and eDiscovery support.

* Act as primary developer of content management and RIM-related systems
* Support all aspects of the system development process from design through implementation, and into operations and maintenance
* Develop system and information technology documentation such as policies, procedures, requirements and design documents
* Provide system training support to the Enterprise Information Management and Records Strategies team, and/or clients, as required
* Support the Project Manager in project management activities to ensure all project requirements are met in relation to the planning, documentation and completion of all project activities
* Leverage functional and/or technical expertise to help create successful outcomes and RIM solutions for the clients

Requirements:

* Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred; 3-5 years of software development AND consulting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree; Masters degree or higher a plus
* Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in technology development, implementation and client interaction (e.g., requirements gathering, design session facilitation, training, implementation support)
* Experience building or deploying RIM or content management solutions a plus
* Microsoft development certifications a plus; Project Management Professional certification a plus
* Strong understanding of IT standards, best practices and legal research techniques
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to function independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting client needs
* Ability to travel 80% of the time, as needed
