Description
Self starter administrative professional will be responsible administrative support functions primarily in direct support of the CEO and Manager of the Department. In addition, may support other senior level staff and departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Performs a full range of high-level clerical and administrative support functions.
Coordinates an extremely busy schedule on behalf of the CEO, prepares domestic and international travel, secure briefing documents from appropriate departments.
Prepares expense statements.
Composes correspondence/reports, tracks assignments and special projects. Assists the public, members, volunteers, and staff in providing information or resolving problems.
Greets and directs guests.
Incumbent(s) in this position may perform all or a significant combination of tasks described below depending on operational requirements.
Successful candidate will possess:
A high school diploma and/or vocational training, Bachelors degree is highly desirable. 5 to 10 years experience to include progressively responsible administrative and coordination experience working in a
corporate/executive office environment directly supporting a CEO or Executive Officer necessary. Superior working knowledge of administrative practices including planning and office management required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. Demonstrated experience managing travel arrangements is also required. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail along with ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities needed.
Candidate must be proficient in using personal computer and contemporary software packages including Microsoft Office is requirement.
