Sr Technical Product Consultant, WL-1102741
Description
Position is responsible for developing product prototypes, providing statistical analyses and value metrics and technical advice for WindLogics products and services. Responsibilities include: serving as the primary point of contact for external clients while maintaining a high level of expertise in the latest technical methods and practices related to energy industry; maintaining technical expertise in order to provide oversight and integration of client''s data to Company''s systems and applications or prototype environments. Also may act as the project management lead providing innovative technical and business solutions and coordinating customer product deliverables by integrating contributions from the Science, Production and Engineering teams across WindLogics and NextEra Energy Resources. Will work with internal teams to exchange information on product direction and road maps, understanding new technologies and emerging markets. Will participate at trade shows to provide technical expertise. Responsible for conducting final content and quality reviews of all 3rd party deliverables prior to customer release ensuring final reports meet client requirements. Other job duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Meteorology, Climatology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering required, along with more than 7 years relevant experience in meteorological or engineering in the energy industry. Master''s degree in related field recommended.
