ATG Technical Lead
Job Description
Collaborate with technical team, and subject matter experts from the businesses.
Work closely with the SMEs to understand, plan implement R&D tasks
Manage day-to-day module & process level tracking w.r.t. time and delivery.
Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
Drive mid-level planning exercises with engineers
Provide mentoring and training to junior associates
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree with 12+ years of IT experience
Knowledge of ATG platform (ATG Commerce, BCC, ACC)
At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing and architecting solutions on the ATG Platform (ATG versions 2007.1 and above. Version 9/9.1 strongly preferred).
Demonstrated hands on ability in architecture, design and development of scalable, complex Java / JEE software applications
Hands-on experience in Core Java/JEE skills like JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, XML, Webservices
Hands-on any of these application servers - Websphere, Weblogic, jBoss
Exposure to popular databases - Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Experience working with offshore/onsite teams
