Description
Concierge part time Concierge is an excellent role for a professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who has 2+ years customer service and office experience. You will provide service to the residents including offering community information, making reservations, accepting deliveries, assisting with planning and facilitating resident events, and taking maintenance requests. You will also assist and direct visitors, prospective residents and vendors entering the building. Communication and coordination with leasing, maintenance and management staff will be essential. The schedule will be Saturdays and Sundays 5PM to 2AM.
