Description
The Employment Program Manager will supervise the Employment
Department. S/he will ensure comprehensive staff orientation
and training, and performance management. The Employment
Program Manager is responsible for oversight of program
requirements and outcomes. S/He will maintain relationships
with program funders. S/He is responsible for development,
implementation, and oversight of new components of the
program. The Employment Program Manager is responsible for
the maintenance and expansion of the Business Advisory
Council. S/He is responsible for the employment
responsibilities of the agency Strategic Plan. The Employment
Program Manager is responsible for funding source/program
compliance and for the program related component of agency
accreditation by CARF. All work responsibilities are subject to
having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the
annual performance planning process or as the result of
organizational planning. S/He will adhere to CIL Standards and must
be available and willing to work a non-standard workweek, including
flexible schedules, evenings, and weekends.
