This position will support ongoing Equity Research initiatives and BAU in the desktop, feeds and redistribution space. The position will manage and report on key deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, interdependencies and overall project and program status for the several key projects and partnerships.

Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience exhibiting full range of project management skills such as planning, assessment and remediation, resource leveling, task management, business impact and prioritization, change management, and communications.
* Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to design, plan and deliver solutions.  Lead and work effectively in a team environment with strong ability to establish and foster productive, long-term relationships with internal and external customers.  Experience in understanding and interpreting the official policies and political environment affecting programs.  Demonstrated ability to resolve serious program performance problems.
* A minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in a management environment with demonstrated success managing complex projects as Project Manager (not as an individual contributor).  Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire others to find creative solutions to challenging situations or problems.  Must be highly organized and self-directed able to direct multiple projects and people simultaneously.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functions and develop partnerships with other departments to leverage resources, develop common business analysis and requirement methodologies and techniques.
* For managers of product development programs:  must have strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to design and develop responsive products and services.  For managers of systems development programs:  must have an adequate basis of relevant technical skills, knowledge, and experience and demonstrated success in managing complex systems development programs.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functions and develop partnerships with other departments to leverage resources, develop common business analysis and requirement methodologies and techniques.
