Responsible for both selling/servicing customers as well as supervision of hourly associates engaged in the same activities.  The Lead spends 90% of his/her time on the selling floor with customers and associates, with approximately 35%-50% of his/her total time in selling/servicing customers and the remaining time supervising associates or serving staff duty.  This individual will supervise a team of 10-15 hourly associates and will fully participate in the selection, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.  This individual will maintain knowledge of Sears products and use this knowledge to assist customers.Required:Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience is preferred/liStrong selling and customer service skills/liStrong drive for results/liCoaching and development skills/liKnowledge of products and services offered/liExcellent communication skills/liAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time/li/ulA comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
