Sears Home Services: Home Improvement Products is seeking Professional Marketing Representatives to promote our installed Home Improvement products and set appointments with customers to receive a free in-home design consultation and estimate.
Earn up to USD48.50 per confirmed appointment PLUS AN HOURLY RATE!! Join our team of In-Store Marketers/Promoters&write your own paycheck! Thats right, the harder you work the more you will make with our awesome bonus program. If youre an energetic self-starter&have the ability to work under minimal supervision, this is the job for you!!
The ideal candidate must be professional, available to work during peak retail hours, must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, the ability to approach customers, and a strong work ethic. Past sales experience a plus!!
We offer:
- Hourly wage + Achievable bonus for every confirmed appointment (From USD10.50-48.50) per confirmed appointment).
- Flexible hours (15-20) hours per week
