Description
Responsible for performing cashier and processing duties in all
retail areas of the store. Is also responsible for opening
and/or closing the store and completing corresponding
paperwork. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are
not limited to: Ensure that sales transactions are rung up
appropriately, that all monies are collected and counted and
correct change is given. Aid cashiers in correcting
errors. Ensure all cash, deposits, and cash drawers (when
appropriate) are placed in safe and that safe door is closed and
locked. Oversee store operations in absence of manager and
assistant manager and report to them any issues that arise.
Train and evaluate program participants when applicable.
