Key Accountabilities / duties:

1)    Provide decision support to business partners

a. Build analytical tools that accurately model and evaluate the business as well as potential

business scenarios

2)    Provide insight and analysis on health of the business on multiple horizons to management

a.Define and monitor key business drivers, trends, levers, and metrics

b.Work closely with business & department owners to provide in depth, action oriented

analysis and reporting

c.Implement strategies to highlight revenue opportunities, operating efficiencies,

and process improvements

d.Develop long range plan for business units

3)    Provide assistance, insight and analysis in development of budget, forecasts and business plans

4)    Ensure integrity of financial results

a.Full P&L review

b.Analyze revenue mix (by sales channel and product level)  and operating expenses

c.Reconcile actual vs. planned results, explain variances, and reforecast where necessary

d.Prepare and distribute monthly reporting package to senior management

5)    Perform ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

·         Must have the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a pressure environment.

·         Highly motivated individual

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Strong written and verbal communication with ability to communicate with all levels of the

organization up to executive level

·         Finance or Accounting degree, MBA preferred

·         Demonstrated ability to apply financial analysis in solving business problems and integrating

financial discipline into operational decision making.

·         A can-do team player

·         Candidate must possess strong Microsoft Office PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Experience with a General Ledger system (PeopleSoft strongly preferred) and familiarity with

TM1 and nVision is a plus.
