The position will involve some or all of the following: reviewing, drafting, and negotiating software license, professional services and other technology agreements with health care providers, payers, pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers; responding to requests for proposals from private and government-entity purchasers; working with finance, accounting and product management to ensure compliance with company policies; managing outside counsel; advising senior management on intellectual property issues; supporting the continuous improvement of the company¿s legal processes and form agreements; managing legal disputes; providing legal compliance training; and supervising other corporate transactional matters.
