Lands End, a premier source of apparel and gear for women, men, kids and the home sold by catalog, online, and nearly 300 Lands End Shops at Sears, is currently looking for a Procurement Analyst. Working within established guidelines and management oversight, the Procurement Analyst collaborates with internal clients and external suppliers to support strategic in-direct spend programs across the Lands End enterprise. This includes aspects of Strategic Sourcing methodology such as, creating RFI and RFPs, analyzing and forecasting, performing market supply analysis and trends, evaluating supplier proposals negotiations with suppliers, monitoring quality and service and overall supplier performance.
Successful candidates will have 3+ years of direct experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas:
BS/BA in business, finance or related field
Excellent mathematical and technical aptitude: fluency in MS Excel, and Word mandatory, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project a major plus.
Ability to quickly assimilate, appraise and summarize large amounts of information under time constraints in a changing business environment
Work effectively across diverse organizational teams
Knowledge of print and paper preferred, but not required
International experience preferred, but not required
Effective communication skill
