Responsibilities:

PLANNING PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Manage promotional entry process

a)   Enter division''s promos into IP by becoming proficient in the IP Planning system

b)   Develop promo memo to be communicated to stores

c)   Troubleshoot store callouts regarding promotions not ringing correctly

2) Develop ad hoc and scheduled Monday morning reports

a)   Seasonal inventory comp report, Core Selling Recaps, Full Price and Clearance recaps, etc

ALLOCATION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Create and enter pre-pack/bulk buys for the quarterly merchandise

2) Create allocation tool for visual and the stores

3) Run seasonal size analysis by dept/class

4) Manage distribution grids in excel to deal with store ranking changes

5) Become proficient in the JDA allocation system and train as an allocator

6) Run allocation recaps/reports such as store stacks and DC recaps

Qualifications:

* Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, JDA Arthur
* Demonstrated ability to create Excel-based reports and templates
* Needs to be highly organized, able to work independently and plan appropriately for position
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers
* Must be a team player
* Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of the business and/or ad hoc projects
* Must be able to communicate with several layers of management
