Description
Job Summary
Collects data and provides various support activities in the preparation
of strategic or tactical marketing initiatives.
Provide analytical input and recommendations with regard to existing and/or potential product/service markets, established and potential customers and/or competitors. May provide economic analyses, assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, and/or assist in the tracking of sales performance vs. objectives.
Key accountabilities:
- Gathers data, performs statistical and numerical analysis to understand customer needs, identify revenue generation opportunities and support marketing and improvement plans.
- Analyzes, documents and maintains files of customer, project and campaign information including goals and results.
- Accesses customer systems to produce reports to support Principal Analysts and Manager.
- Assist in providing user instruction on Marketing systems, processes and programs to other Marketing groups.
- Assists in the preparation of customer presentations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
- Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data in a collaborative
team environment in order to integrate data from diverse
perspectives.
- Computer skills including MS Suite, additional statistical software
knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to produce reports from data sources
- Analytical & problem-solving skills consistent with the ability to
identify key issues from a broad range of alternatives, and recommend
optimal solutions for various situation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
