POSITION SUMMARY:  The Project Manager supports our Client Services & Support IT teamworking closely with our largest institutional clients.  This resource will manage and coordinatethe delivery of a project including work plan, schedule, risk / issues, andbudget using project management tools and techniques.


  • Creates appropriate project documentation,balances stakeholder needs, and effectively negotiates tradeoffs between scope,schedule, and budget

  • Schedule Management - creates, manages, andunderstands impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule.  Performscritical path analysis

  • Cost Management - develops, monitors, andassesses project budgets through the entire project life cycle providing fulltransparency to stakeholders

  • Communication Management - creates and managescommunications with stakeholders providing relevant details for informing anddecision making in the enterprise status report

  • Risk & Issue Management - identifies andcreates mitigation plans for risks and issues.  Utilizes available toolsfor identifying and tracking issues such as the Delivery Risk Assessment, riskworkshops, and Clarity

  • Resource Management - identifies appropriatestaff, defines roles and responsibilities, develops project organization chartand governance structure

  • Quality Management - identifies relevant qualitystandards and defines governance, communication, and quality processes

  • Change Request Management - identifies anddevelops strategy for changes in scope, schedule, and cost

  • Implementation and Transition Management -creates transition plan, identifies lessons learned, and applies the lessonslearned to future projects

  • Integration Management - identifies and managesproject and program interdependencies
