The person in this position works integral to the Security Service Team to provide software support for commercial Access Control, CCTV/DVR, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Security, and Infant Protection Systems.  A positive attitude to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and a proven ability to produce high quality results is required. Other responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist Field Technicians with performance of regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance as scheduled by the Security Service Department.
  • Develop and maintain Preventative Maintenance reports for customers.
  • Remote software & hardware troubleshooting support for customers and field personnel.
  • Thoroughly testing repairs and documenting test results to meet unique customer requirements.
  • Provide tested software solutions to problems.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot large, campus-type IP-based integrated security systems.
  • Drive Security Service Sales by identifying opportunities for improvements and upgrades of systems.
  • Ability to present technical solutions to customers, and provide customer training when required.
  • Availability to work overtime to meet customer requirements.
  • Availability to work “On Call” shifts throughout the year.
