GettingHired, Inc., a national disability recruitment solution and the country’s largest job board for those with disabilities, has partnered with AbleThrive, a one-stop platform that curates resources for living well with a disability.
There is a void in helpful content for professionals with disabilities. GettingHired and AbleThrive’s partnership aims to fill this void. The two purpose-driven organizations will collaborate on wide-ranging content for professionals with disabilities, including topics like finding work and navigating conversations around disclosing a disability to potential employers. Content will be shared with both GettingHired and AbleThrive’s extensive audiences and the general public.
Additionally, job openings from GettingHired’s inclusive employer partners will be shared with AbleThrive’s audience.
Tracey Klein, executive vice president of GettingHired, commented:
“We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to have a rewarding career. This partnership will allow us to share resources and further help our country’s largest minority group – those with a disability – learn how to navigate the world of work and establish a meaningful career.”
Brittany Dejean, founder and executive director of AbleThrive, commented:
“GettingHired and AbleThrive are aligned in our missions and purpose to improve quality of life and provide opportunities for people with disabilities. Employment is a topic we cover and we’re happy to expand our offerings with this partnership.”
